What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Interac e-Transfer (Canada only). You can also choose to pick up your order from our local store and pay in person.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders of $150 CAD or more.

How long does shipping take within Canada and the USA?

Canada
Express: 1–2 business days.Standard: 3–9 business days

United States
Express: 2–3 business days. Standard: 4–8 business days

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship across Canada and the United States.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some popular items may be restocked. If a product you like is sold out, please contact us directly for availability updates or upcoming restocks.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Do you have a physical store location?

Yes, we are in the process of opening our new store location. Once it is finalized, the address will be updated on our website. In the meantime, you can place an order online and pick it up after an hour of purchase.
